Commentary for I Chronicles 12:4

וְיִֽשְׁמַֽעְיָ֧ה הַגִּבְעוֹנִ֛י גִּבּ֥וֹר בַּשְּׁלֹשִׁ֖ים וְעַל־הַשְּׁלֹשִֽׁים׃

and Ishmaiah the Gibeonite, a mighty man among the thirty, and over the thirty;

and over the thirty the chief of the thirty.
